The American Property Owners Alliance heads to Ohio for a 2 day event series on Homeownership and Generational Wealth. \nOur first event takes place on October 25 at North Point in Cleveland\, OH and explores the role of homeownership in building and maintaining generational wealth and addressing wealth gaps affecting generations of Black families. We will discuss the unique challenges residents of Cleveland face on the path to homeownership and steps and tools available to save for a home and ensure families successfully build and maintain wealth for years to come. \nThe panel features a diverse group of industry professionals\, government officials\, financial services\, and community leaders speaking on the importance of homeownership\, creditworthiness\, and wealth gaps affecting generations of Black families.
