DESCRIPTION:Did you know the gap in the homeownership rate between Black and white families is wider today than it was in 1960? We want to do something about it. It’s time to connect Black families with the housing resources available to them and find solutions that will create equal access to homeownership for all.\nThe National Black Empowerment Council (NBEC)\, in conjunction with the American Property Owners Alliance\, invites you to attend “MOVIN’ ON UP: Preserving Affordability\, Parity and Progress in Real Estate for Black Americans” on Tuesday\, October 25th\, at The Loudermilk Center. Join us as we engage in meaningful discussion with industry experts and learn about the resources available to current and aspiring property owners. Together\, we can support and protect the dream of homeownership for all.\nThe free event begins with networking at 5:30pm\, followed by a welcome message from the Mayor of Atlanta\, Andre Dickens.
