Our program will focus on building and maintaining generational wealth through homeownership and the wealth gaps affecting generations of Black families. We will discuss how current homeowners can protect the wealth they have built and pass it down to their family, as well as steps and tools for renters to work towards homeownership including questions to raise with real estate agents, lenders, underwriters, inspectors, and all those that first-time buyers may encounter during the early stages of purchasing a home.
