Our data indicates that voters will consider a candidate’s stance on addressing housing affordability challenges when heading to the polls this November. Given the housing shortage of over 5 million units, elected officials are crucial in boosting housing supply, which will help reduce home and rent prices for Americans.

Changes to Housing Transactions
Recent policy changes went into effect that aim to improve transparency between real estate agents, buyers and sellers.
Key changes include:
🏠 New rules for what information can be posted on the Multiple Listing Services where agents list homes for sale.
🏠 New requirements for buyers and their agents at the beginning of the home buying process.
